Bluewater Bungalow #6 is the bee’s knees hands down! Awesome yard with a fire pit and corn hole boards! It fit 7 of us just fine. No issues, well kept, close to the strip and a rock throw away from the water. Traci and her husband were awesome host! They were there to welcome us and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic hosts and a great stay. plenty of room to park my rig. minutes away from town yet still in a quiet spot. beds were very comfortable. units are well provisioned. plenty of towels and bedding. VERY clean. I will definitely be staying with them again next year.

Really enjoyed my extended stay. The off season price helped greatly. Traci was very helpful and always answered any questions I had. Plenty of room and nice furnishings.

We had a bachelor and bachelorette party at a couple of the bungalows and it worked perfect for us! Location was great! The outdoor area in front was awesome and very cozy!

It is so gorgeous here! The bungalows over see the most beautiful lake and you can see it right from your living window! The hosts Tracy and Neil are so wonderful to allow myself and other nurses to stay here with minimal cost in the off season. The security locks are a great touch and the beds are so comfy. There is a fire pit and each bungalow has a grill. Everything to think of they thought of and the character in the bungalow first the tourist attractions. It’s one my favorite resorts and I will definitely come here in my off season just to getaway. The horizon and skies are gorgeous and the locals are very friendly too. There are grocery stores and a club area and bars within 5 minutes and good Mexican food with margaritas. There’s even an amusement part close . You would be missing out on a great place if you didn’t stay here! A place to build fun memories. We sure did.

I definitely recommend Blue Water Bungalows to anyone who is looking for a clean and affordable place to stay while in Okoboji. I appreciate all of the personal touches and extra amenities added to each of the rooms. Having the owners, Traci & Neal, or their daughter, on site was a perk, as they offered great places to eat and places to visit while in town. The private beach is a quick two-minute walk from the bungalows and you have a view of the beach while sitting around the firepit or playing bags. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Water Bungalows. I will most definitely book with them again when visiting Boji in the years to come.

Every moment spent at the bungalows was 5 stars (plus an extra bonus star ⭐️.)! An Okoboji gem that I almost want to keep to myself! 💎 The space was modern, incredibly clean, smelled amazing, had a breath-taking view of the lake, beautiful sunsets and a few shorts steps to the beach. The beds were so comfy, the neighborhood was friendly and peaceful. We were overly surprised at how well thought out and taken care of the property was, and how they knew just exactly what their guests would need! The location is just a few short minutes from all the main Boji main attractions and dining! Our hosts – Traci, Neal and Cami- were extremely friendly, attentive and kind. They have a special love for Okoboji and it shows.

These rooms are so quaint! Just across the street from the water and close to amenities and activities. Rooms were clean and well maintained! The little kitchens are great for people/families who are staying awhile and want to do some meals in instead of out. We fully recommend!

Walking every day to a beautiful view of the lake and seeing the deer crossing the driveway was beautiful. Thanks for your hospitality it is unmatched.

Cozy and friendly! Has everything I need in the comfort of the bungalow. Behind is a open field that is peaceful and the lake is just ahead. Nice friendly people. Made it a joy to stay at their vacation rentals.

I recently stayed here for a travel assignment, I stayed in the blue bungalow and it’s stunning inside! Love the vibe, very comforting feels like home. The owners were wonderful I recommended to anyone looking for a great spot to stay beautiful view as well.
