Yes, we are open year-round and we would love to have you stay with us. Contact Traci at 402-672-7816 for off season rates.
We do our very best to be onsite during the summer months, but it’s not always possible. We can always be reached via cell phone if a guest needs our assistance.
No, we do not have boat slips or dock parking. We do provide boat/trailer parking if you are bringing a boat/jet ski/ranger/snowmobile and you rent bungalows 4, 5, or 6.
Yes, we have cameras outside that show the entrance to each bungalow and the fire pit area.
You sure can. The water can be viewed from each of our bungalows.
We are 2.2 miles away from Emerson Bay Park. They have a boat ramp, a park area with picnic tables, a swing set, and a place for cleaning your fish.
Yes, if you book Bungalows 4, 5, or 6 – boat parking is included. Please let us know how big the boat is to ensure it will work.
There are two spots for each bungalow.
Yes, each bungalow has its own charcoal grill. Please bring charcoal and lighter fluid along with you.
Yes each bungalow has a tv. Firestick is included with each tv. Just bring your own log in information.
We do have a few chairs around the firepit but recommend bringing along your own. You can also rent lawn chairs from us if space is tight while traveling.
We do and we offer this to guests that are staying with us for 20 days or longer. For those that are not staying as long, there is a laundromat in Milford just a few miles from our location.

Yes, we do. It’s located in the middle of the yard and open on a first come, first serve basis. We do ask that you poor water on the fire at the end of the evening.
Yes. Each bungalow has its own thermostat for heating and cooling.
We are less than ½ block from Terrace Park Public Beach.
You will be given a smart code 72 hours prior to arrival. You will enter the smart code on the keypad that is on the door.
You can check-in anytime after 3 pm on the scheduled day of your arrival.
Check-out is at 10 am.
