Guest Guidelines

A $500 deposit is due at the time of booking. This will be paid back after satisfactory checkout.
50% due at the time of booking, remaining amount due 30 days before check-in.
Full refund is given if canceled 30 days in advance.
There is a 6% sales tax fee and a 7% resort fee that will be added to your total. A resort fee is required in the state of Iowa.
In-season rates are listed on each bungalow description. For off-season rates and short-term rentals, please contact us.

Check-in is at 3 pm
Check out is at 10 am
No smoking inside bungalows, smoking allowed outside
No pets
No additional guests
Beach towels will be provided for your use
All bungalows have their own charcoal grill outside their unit – just bring charcoal along with you.

Want to show up and have your toys ready to roll? Add rental items at checkout, and we’ll have them waiting in your bungalow when you arrive.
