We’re less than ½ block from Terrace Park Public Beach (also called Terrace Family Park Beach), one of Okoboji’s most popular swimming areas—an easy stroll with kids, coolers, and beach gear.

We do our best to be onsite during the summer months, but it’s not always possible. Even when we’re offsite, we’re always reachable by cell phone if you need anything during your stay.
Yes. We have exterior cameras that show the entrance to each bungalow and the shared fire pit area for added peace of mind.
We do not have boat slips or dock parking on the water. However, we do provide boat/trailer parking on the property if you reserve Bungalows 4, 5, or 6.
Yes—if you book Bungalows 4, 5, or 6, boat/trailer parking is included. Please let us know the size of your boat or trailer so we can confirm that it will fit comfortably.
We’re about 2.2 miles from Emerson Bay Park on West Lake Okoboji, which has a public boat ramp, picnic tables, a playground, and a fish‑cleaning station—everything you need for a full day on the water.
Each bungalow includes two parking spots. If you’re bringing a boat or trailer and staying in Bungalows 4, 5, or 6, let us know the size so we can help you plan where to park everything.
Yes. Each bungalow has its own charcoal grill outside the unit. Just bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid.
Yes. There is a shared fire pit located in the middle of the yard, available on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Please pour water on the fire at the end of the evening to make sure it’s fully out.
We provide a few chairs around the fire pit, but we recommend bringing your own camp chairs if you like to lounge outside. If you’re tight on space, you can also rent lawn chairs from us.
Yes. Every bungalow has central heating and air conditioning with its own thermostat, so you can set the temperature just the way you like it.
Yes. Each bungalow has a TV with a Firestick—just bring your own login information for your favorite streaming apps. Wi‑Fi is provided throughout the property so you can stream, scroll, and stay connected.
Yes. We do have laundry facilities, and we offer them to guests staying 20 days or longer. For shorter stays, there’s a convenient laundromat in Milford just a few miles away.
Yes, you can rent a lily pad. Please contact us directly in advance so we can confirm your reservation and have it ready for your arrival.
Yes. We rent wagons and beach items (like floaties, beach blankets, coolers, and more) that you can take to the nearby public beach. Contact us ahead of time or add items at checkout so we can have everything waiting in your bungalow.
We offer self check‑in. You’ll receive a smart lock code about 72 hours before arrival. When you arrive, just enter your code on the keypad on your bungalow door.
You can check in anytime after 3:00 pm on your scheduled arrival day.
Check‑out is at 10:00 am. This gives our team time to clean and reset the bungalows for the next guests.
